Adyashanti is an American teacher who focuses on helping people to open to their own radiance. There is a lot of text, audio and video material freely available on the site and more that can be purchased. He holds regular meetings and live radio broadcasts several times a month in the Café Dharma section.
Eckhart Tolle is one of the most widely known teachers through his first book "The Power of Now" and later "A New Earth". He is clear and, like Adyashanti, can lead you to a deeper knowing of yourself. His material is available via his website and several others including Sounds True which distributes the material of many teachers.
The contribution of Oprah Winfrey to making clear teachings widely available must be acknowledged. The 10 part webinar with Eckhart Tolle was seen by millions live each week and many more through the free downloads. The Soul Series section of her website provides access to the programs and support material of Eckhart, Jill Bolte Taylor, Byron Katie ("The Work") and others. Dr Jill Bolte Taylor is a brain scientist who had a massive stroke in the left side of the brain which instantly put her into an enlightenment like state. When she regained the ability to communicate, she described the experience and the resulting state. Her description in an 18 minute video given at the TED conference is one of the most important testimonials of our time. She expands on this in interviews with Oprah.
