There is an evolution of humanity occurring which is commonly referred to as the Ascension Process.

The material here is intended for those who are awakening to the changes occurring in their lives and those who are actively participating in the process, the "awakelings".

It includes:
* teachings about the nature of ourselves and the evolutionary process.
* references to material, such as newsletters, which are available on a regular basis. This helps to understand what is occurring from day to day.

* a journal of the experience of the process. We have found that it is very often helpful to know that others are having similar experiences to us.
